Hello, I'm looking for a person with waitressing experience to set up bain maries, plates and cutlery for a 60 person dinner for 3 hours with a catering kitchen. You don't need to serve the meals, just to pop the food into the bain maries and make sure there's serving utensils and the area is tidy as people come through. As people finish eating, I'd want you to clear their plates and put them in the dishwasher. After dinner is complete, I'd expect the bain maries washed and cleared, and tables and surfaces wiped down. All supplies - plates/dishwashers/kitchen/cutlery will be provided, we just need you! Hours would be 5-8pm.
