We run an Italian catering company and need helping hands to help serve from both our stands. We run a tiramisu stand and a pasta stand. The roles require to assist with taking orders, making orders, working together with other team members and an all rounded positive attitude. The food festival runs over the entire weekend Friday to Sunday and is paid to you at the end of the festival. The dates are Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August

We are doing a super casual wedding in the Megalong Valley and just need somewhere to pour wine / bubbles for guests for 4 hours. Around 4-8pm

I am having a few families around tomorrow and would like some help so that sunday isn't a big day of cleaning. The person would be a bit of an all-rounder predominantly cleaning up, potentially bringing drinks to guests and help with any kids so the parents can enjoy themselves. If you can make an amaretto thats a bonus and please mention it People are arriving from 3pm onwards. Can be slightly flexible but thinking 2.45pm for 5 hours would be great.

Looking for a cleaning/wait staff to assist our wedding in the Megalong Valley on the 27th of February 2026. We are having a cocktail style wedding with a wood fire pizza truck, there will be no seating plan and guests at the wedding will go up to the truck to collect their dinner. It is a very low key wedding, no big schedule, we are very easy going so looking for someone with a cool vibe and helpful attitude on the day! There will be times where there will be not much to do so you are more than welcome to take breaks when needed. We would be looking at starting the runner at 3pm (Post Ceremony) until 8pm. General duties will be the following: - Set Up Post Ceremony (Helping move furniture and flower boxes from ceremony space) - Clearing Entree Plates From Tables and all areas & Restocking them into the Marquee (Will be needing to wash them to be used for dessert also) - Clearing Dinner Plates From Tables and all areas (These will only be used with Dinner) - Washing & Drying Plates - Cultery Washing & Restocking - General Cleaning Duties if there are spills/rubbish around the general areas - General Errands and Upkeep We would love to either meet or catch up online to chat prior to the day to ensure the airtasker feels comfortable with all tasks. We will have you catered for all the pizza you would like to eat! Also offering soft drink on the night.
