I have hired a few things for decor - need help to set it up in the venue

I am planning my son’s birthday party and am looking for some simple restaurant decorations—nothing too major, just a backdrop, balloons and a welcome entry stand. Please let me know if anyone has availability on that day and would like to do the job.

We have Italian food truck doing catering for a sit down meal. They have one serving staff so we need 2-3 additional people to help serve the food at the tables. Attend to clearing tables, serving cake ( cup cakes), cutting and serving small wedding cake ( serves 30 people). Filling water bottles for the tables. General keeping things tidy, helping bar staff manage glassware.

Bartend making cocktails at a 40th birthday

Needed Saturday, January 31st, 2-8pm. 6 hrs @ $50/hr + bonus for job well done. Looking for 2 people to assist me in some food prep, plating stations and making things pretty for a casual party. Once the food is prepped, we will be at the greeting and serving stage where help is needed preparing first drinks. This person/s will help through out the party refill serving plates and glasses, pick up finished dishes and help clean and put away at the end of the evening. Hopefully we can clean a bit as we go and not have too much left to do at the end. Party access will be on main floor and upstairs, so will need to go up and down a few times, but mostly downstairs . This is to be a low key relaxed party,but up to 20 people. We do some entertaining throughout the year and could be available for repeat business. Thank you. 2-8pm should do it. Thank you.$300 pp
