**Cocktail and Mocktail Host for Small 70th Birthday Whisky Evening — 10 October** I’m hosting a small 70th birthday whisky/whiskey evening on 10 October, starting around 6.30pm. The whisky side is organised, but several guests will be partners, designated drivers or non-whisky drinkers, and I’d like to give them something fun as well. I’m looking for someone friendly and confident to run a relaxed cocktail and mocktail mini-experience for around 6 to 10 people, starting about 7.00pm. I expect 45 to 90 minutes would work, depending on your recommendation. Setup from around 6.45pm would be fine. This is not intended to be formal or corporate. I’m after something enjoyable, interactive and suited to a small party — perhaps a short demonstration, guest participation, proper mocktails, garnish ideas and a simple make-your-own element. We can supply the alcohol, mixers, fruit, garnishes, glassware and ingredients based on your advice. You will have access to a kitchen, sink, fridge, benchtop and blender. Possible ideas include: * two simple cocktails * two proper mocktails * one showpiece or fun party drink * a garnish station or make-your-own option * cocktail cards, a mocktail bar or another creative idea I’m very open to suggestions. Cocktail and mocktail experience would be ideal. RSA or hospitality experience would be a bonus, but the main requirements are that you are friendly, organised, safe and good with people.
