Ron explained how he was going to install the tv and if I am happy with him doing certain things the way he explained prior to anything getting done. He earned my respect straight away and made it a comfortable experience and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking to use a AV installer or an all round handyman in my eyes, DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PERSON!!!!
