Ron was very punctual,knowledgeable,courteous and well mannered. Very rare to find someone that can talk the talk and walk the walk!!! Ron explained how he was going to install the tv and if I am happy with him doing certain things the way he explained prior to anything getting done. He earned my respect straight away and made it a comfortable experience and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking to use a AV installer or an all round handyman in my eyes, DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PERSON!!!! In my opinion Ron is number one as there are a lot of fakes out there and he is the real deal. Cheers

My LG OLED77CXPTA TV does not turn on and there is no standby light. It does not respond to the remote or the power button on the TV. Occasionally, it will power on only after unplugging it from the power outlet and plugging it back in. Once it’s off again, the same issue returns.
