Second task, I have a Sonos surround sound system, I need help getting it updated and back into working condition – the kids have essentially reconfigured it to the point where no other works

While Omega’s partner did a neat job mounting the TV, he made an independent decision to install it much higher than agreed. He didn’t follow the original plan of positioning it 5 cm below eye level and instead mounted it significantly too high. When I reached out to her about having it corrected, her response was unprofessional. It’s disappointing - I had intended to use her cleaning services as well, but I won’t be doing so now.
