I want to mount my 55 tv on the wall

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.

Sonos speakers fixed to ceiling have dropped out from connection and need to be reconnected. Ladder will be required, ceilings are 3/3.5m high

We wish to relocate the existing Epson Projector with an Epson ceiling mount to another classroom. The projector mounts with 4x M12 Dynobolts. I need someone to unmount it and mount it with a new set of Dynobolts (a hammer drill is required) and also calibrate it to cast on the whiteboard only. The location should be in the middle of the whiteboard as per the image attached. HDMI and power are already in place, so there is no need for electrical or data work. Please refer to the photos. 1. The TV set Sony 55’ (16.5kg) needs to be mounted to the wall (no antenna needed). The wall is decent (I don’t know the material but it’s not plasterboard), the address is 195 Macquarie st, Sydney, 2000. 2) the IKEA mirror needs to be mounted to the wall.
