Need to dispose off an old TV antenna.

Hi our tv antenna point is not picking up all the stations. We had our main antenna on the roof changed not long ago. We think it could be a faulty point. Please see photo attached. My UHF aerial, which was fixed aftermarket, has slowly wobbled over time and is stressing the top of the metal rail it is on. I Suspect it needs to be re-drilled larger with a bigger bolt and washer arrangement. It’s a difficult area to get a photo of. Not a hard job but the access in that area is very tight with the tray and the cab. I can’t even get a spanner in there.. but I’m also not a mechanic/bodybuilder. I’m sure there’s a way.

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. I’ve checked and there are no NBN outages, nor service provider outages. I’d like to add cables one direct to the NBN outlet (to eliminate wifi problems) and one to the aerial (so free to air broadcast TV is available)
