My portable air conditioner hose doesn’t fit the hole properly can you help adjust it.

I am getting a portable air conditioner and I need help setting up the seal! I don’t want to stuff it up and waste my money as I’m not the best at these things! It’s an awning window. Pictures will explain.

Details: Remove and dispose of existing Lennox wall split system (pictured). Install new Kogan 2.6kW split system (indoor + outdoor unit). Split system unit starting and fan run but no heating cooling available

I have a heater that has come out of the wall on one side. Bracket is still attached on the other side but hole in the wall now as shown in pics. Need someone who can fix and put back into wall. I have four air conditioning heater units that need checking as 2 are running slow. One is over 3 m high though so will require a ladder.

Split system a/c is working on all other modes and is pumping out hot air but just not functioning on Sun mode.
