Install 2 aircon units back to back in a family home

Moved into a brand new property 12 months ago. Have six internal units and two external condensers. Have been using for heating and cooling throughout the 12 months. One of the internal units has started making a strange glugging noise. Wouldn't mind this unit checking over and an annual check on whole system.
