Hard wood bi fold door panel needs repair - dog has chewed side of panel.

UPDATE: This has been an extremely difficult job to fill which means if you are good at this you may develop a niche area in the handyperson marketplace. I am not willing to pay higher because it may be someone's first time at it, however, I can offer you an excellent Bunnings video on 'how to' and know the process myself. It really needs a good eye, a problem solving attitude and a ladder and cutter. Anyone? Day somewhat flexible. Needs to be done morning or early evening to avoid hot sun and glare. You will need tall ladder and I want someone with experience of this please. A good problem solver (will look at your reviews). 1. Two windows need film. Tall and size of each approx 76cmx300cm 2. Clean top of windows where I haven't been able to reach. I will supply materials for this. 3. Cut roll of film in half. 4. Install each piece on each of two windows. I have the film already. The image indicates the blinds so up to ceiling but the film does not need to go that high. Just 3m approx. The two windows are side by side. Blind on right does not budge. I am renting.

My window winds down only half way and funny. The button on the inside of the door is also loose.

I’ve got an old-school window in the bathroom (roughly 550 x 400) that I’d like to replace with one that can open and close. Also need a windowsill as you will see from the pics. I’m guessing the task would suit a carpenter or joiner. It’s asked me to pick a date but some time over the next two weeks is good

We need someone with a tall ladder to seal all the joints and around the window frame on the second storey external wall to prevent a minor water leak during heavy rain. You will need to bring and supply materials/sealant and tools. No painting is required after the application. See photos marked up in yellow. Access is via the neighbours side walkway. My sliding window seems hard to slide. Suspect the roller is broken.

Because this apartment is pretty old. It is not my responsibility to fix the old things here. Just want to open the window. No need to fix.
