Curtains holder is broken, ceiling is bended and having crack Dining table room: light, Kitchen: few kitchen cabinets door to fix, floor to fix, Single bedroom: no fan or ac in that room, cupboard needs to service and there is no shelves in it Second bedroom: floor broken, ceiling also bend and Color , cupboard to fix and also the charging point is broken Master bedroom: no fan or ac, Color, no door for shower and bedroom, the shower door does not close properly, and small cracks in washbasin and also the paint is removed, and Transition step between master bedroom and shower there is temporary brick support to wooden block Common bathroom: shower head broken and the tiles broken and water is spread all over the bathroom. In laundry area: tap water some sound is coming, wall crack, window broken Backyard room : all doors are broken and the ceiling is bended Something the Garage door is not closing properly And hot water in raining season sometimes the hot water does not comes in morning and for example if we turn on hot water in kitchen then whenever we are in shower or any other place washbasin we turn on the hot water it comes cold water and the flow is very slow. Replace aluminum frame section around sliding glass pane and repair locking mechanism. Another window has a jammed locking mechanism that I'd like the lock converted from wind/ chain opening to something better suited for coastal environment.

I have a window kitchen pass with hinges requiring use of rivets- they’ve crumbled so need the hinges replaced and reattached. Also have a kitchen draw handle that I have tried to glue back on multiple times, can’t get it to do so. One of toilet seats keeps coming off and can’t get it to secure back on over bowl. Basically the sliding window isn’t closing properly at the top, could be a track issue and something like miracle track could be the solution, I’m a bit time poor and will probably make it worse so will leave it someone that know what they’re doing. Pics help explain a bit more, it closes fine at the bottom but there’s a decent gap at the top.
