I have a lounge room window that needs to be replaced I have had quotes but nobody has shown up it’s double glazed Dimensions are 741 x 1251. 18mm

I have a window that will not open and close due to the handle broken and the arm to the window is bent so I am unable to close the window fully. It is a Truth window.

4 separate areas need urgent attention 2 are L shaped 2 are flat boards House 2x Fascia board repairs L shape under gutters. Carport 1x Fascia board replacement full open edge 1x fascia board replacement 1.5 m section open edge. Also needed replacement sill for our bedroom window. 1 x double size wooden window needs a replacement sill. FYI PS We are preparing to paint the house now. So painting isn’t required.

Multiple window rotten frames needs to be fixed

I need someone to fix the window side jambs separating from the wall. Refer to photos. The photo is of one window, there is one more window that also needs to be fixed. If you can send me a lower offer (you don't have to) I am happy to pay cash/bank transfer on a price we agree upon before you commence any work to help save the Airtasker charges.
