Aluminium windows no longer close tight in bedroom of terrace probably due to building movement so need adjusting. Comment from our tenant: When you open the window there is a gap on the left and it’s stuck on the right. It only opens fully if you keep turning the handle with force till the right side releases and opens. In the second bedroom the window doesn’t close fully on the right side. Hi The window has a leak which is close to the edge - applying a sealant to seal the area in concern. Please bring your own tools. Thanks
