Find professional window frame repairs in South Brisbane

I've painted all my walls but wanting a quite to paint all interior skirts, arcs, door and window frames. Paint to be provided

I’m looking for a professional carpenter to look at all the wooden frames on my windows and doors around my unit and assess if they can be fixed or replaced. There are 2 doors and 5 windows. At the moment there are gaps in some of them, but there are no rotting or major issues. The gaps are due to structural changes over the years. There is no flood or break-ins.

I have an open wall size 1.2m x 1.5m need to be fill up to close that space . I don’t mind a very thin on the side so I could still put deco on the other side

Window frame needs to be changed as it’s broken. Size is around 1.8 meter.

We need the crimsafe removed from 2x windows in our home. It’s an old post war 1950s home with casement windows. We’ve already removed all of the screws but they seem to be glued or just stuck in the window framing. We’ve decided not to try and do it ourselves because we don’t want to ruin the window framing so please only offer your services if you are relatively confident you’ll be able to achieve this.
