Find an experienced handyman in Sinnamon Park

Hi - we have a couple of handyman jobs we’d love to get done as soon as you’re free. It’s hanging two full length mirrors, hanging a hammock chair on our front balcony and disposal of some cardboard boxes. Hang two internal wooden doors. Have door, hinges and handles ready to go. Will require resetting if the handle and latch level, as this will not match with the existing latch area on the frame.

Garage door stopped working, the motor is receiving signal but not closing. Need help diagnosing issue and fixing it.

Needing a painter to gap, sand and paint a privacy screen and surrounds. I will supply paint and no more gaps, you will need your own brushes/rollers. Gapping required are the nails (as best as possible) and some splits in the timber (photo example attached). Needing all of the screen, its supports etc painted one colour.

I would like to remove concrete letterbox shown in the picture. It seems its not attached to the ground and just sitting on top of the ground as I can move it by kicking it.

Updated: Step 1. I need someone to remove a mirror in my bathroom (1540 x 1000mm). I do not wish to keep the mirror and understand it may get broken on the process. Step 2. Install 2 mirrored shaving cabinets. 900 x 600mm is built and been installed in a previous location. Cabiner 2 is bran new 600 x 600mm still in box. Wall is plasterboard so will need appropriate fixtures.

Hang internal door. Affix door knob and hinges, attach handles to laundry cupboards. Hardware and door have already been purchased, door will be delivered next Tuesday, however if you have means ti collect from the local hardware happy to pay additional to that.

Install new stainless steel sink (the old one has already been removed) and pull out sink mixer. Should be fairly straightforward as sink is very similar to the one it has replaced (might need some adjustment to the waste pipes). Connect water line to new fridge (there is an existing feed behind the fridge).

One of the shower screens needs to be installed in Newly tiled bathroom.
