Hi. I have a small sink that I would like to be installed in the garage on an external wall. There is no plumbing at this spot. A hot water system is nearby approx 7m away. I understand that a soak-well to the left of the garage entrance is approximately 5m away for a drainage outlet.

Remove existing bathroom sink and tap and Install new sink and tap and do all necessary plumbing. Existing cabinet should stay. Would like to change 2 taps to 1 mixer tap.
