Kitchen sink – Current is a top-mounted stainless steel, outer rim size ~1080 mm (L) × 480 mm (W), with cut-out size ~1050 mm (L) × 400 mm (W). • Existing sink is double-bowl with drainer. I’d like to replace it with a single-bowl top-mounted stainless steel sink of similar footprint, to keep the job simple and avoid bench modifications. • Remove and dispose of old sink, re-seal with silicone. 2. Taps – • Kitchen: Replace current mixer tap with new pull-down spray mixer (preferably with adjustable spray functions). • Laundry: Replace existing mixer tap with new standard mixer tap. Additional notes: • Labour only – I will supply the new sink and taps, unless you assist with selecting and purchasing the sink. • I would appreciate advice on suitable replacement sinks that will fit my cut-out dimensions. If you are able to source and purchase the sink for me, I will reimburse the cost (with receipt) and can adjust labour payment accordingly. • Please check plumbing connections and ensure no leaks. • Removal/disposal of old sink and taps included in the job.

I have a chair and need someone to take out the has lift. I have taken the chair half out of the top of the gas lift but the base is kind of stuck to the gas lift. The base of the gas lift has sort of bent and i am unable to get it out. Will probably need to sand a bit of the metal off to get the gas lift out. So essentially need someone to sand off some metal.

Hi, I’m looking to repair/replace two showers and possibly replace the tiles in the wet areas. Main Bathroom: The shower has a leak causing wall damage as water travels from the shower crack, across the wet area, and to the wall. The plumbing report states: Cracked floor tiles (indicating separation from the substructure and damage to the waterproof membrane) Shower perimeter joint separation and grout deterioration Silicone around the shower screen has deteriorated, allowing water to escape. Water damage to wall as per photos. Ensuite: The ensuite has a similar issue, with a crack in the shower linking to a crack in the wet area that reaches the door. Failed waterproofing membrane Cracked floor tiles and grout deterioration Silicone deterioration and unsealed tap spindles? Allowing water to enter the wall. I’m looking for a solution that resolves the leaks and ideally adds value to the property. Option 1: Remove both showers and replace with shower bases and glass inserts, similar the Reece shower system shown in photo. The idea is to leave the cracked tiles and grout as-is (fresh re grouting maybe) with the floor tiling potentially replaced in the future. Is it feasible to install these units without damaging the wall tiles, and can the floor be replaced later without disrupting the new shower setup? Option 2: Remove and replace the floor tiles and shower bases, but leave the wall tiles intact. Could you provide rough estimates for both options and advise on their feasibility? I’m also open to any other suggestions you may have. Thanks!
