Four new window frames and one door frame need silicon and no more gaps applied and painted (external only). Any gaps between windows and frames to be covered. All frames are square 900mm. The upper panels in each window/door frame have to be primed first (were not replaced during new windows installation). One window and a door at ground level. Two windows are around 2.5-3m above ground and one window is around 1.5m above ground - a ladder would be required. White deluxe paint and primer will be provided. I have a small external wooden sliding door that has fallen apart after repeated pushing and opening by a cat. This has resulted in the panels falling off the and the frame has become unsteady. The slide is still fixed in appropriately, but I'll need someone's support to nail/drill the wood panels back on. I imagine it's not a big job for someone handy, but we are ill-equipped to manage the fix. Have included initial photos of the door, and then subsequently without the panelling (which has begun to fall off once the door was moved.
