I have a lightweight retractable blind that I need mounted to the underside of a slab (of the balcony above mine). Blind is 1.8m long and quite light. You’d be working from a height as I’m on the 1st floor and you will need to stand on a ladder. The blind has fixings that came with it but I’m not confident that they can be installed into concrete so may need to supply a masonry fixing.
