Painting - living room ceiling by aircon vent has been repaired and will just need a touch up of ceiling paint (it should be approx 3m x 3m area) 4. Laundry window is unable to be opened… This may involve carefully scraping off the paint that is sealing the window shut without damaging the window frame and applying lubricant to the moving parts if they are stiff or rusted. 5. Hello, we have a commercial venue at Mandurah Forum. It's a small kiosk called Pretzel. We have a few issues including some vinyl floor coming up, some trimming missing off, dodgy lights etc. About half a days worth of work. Will pay for any materials needed.
