Don’t necessarily need all of this done but this is the full list if you can please quote either day rate or per item and I can assess what needs to actually be done. * Silicone around the shower base and outside of the shower is cracked * Loose wall tile in main bathroom * External laundry door handle is loose * Clothesline fixed to side of house is broken * Driveway gate one half is currently being held together with string * Pile of lawn clippings and weeds in backyard that need removing * Clear plastic sections of back patio roof has several holes * The laminate on the kitchen cabinets is cracked, peeling and lifting in places * 2 pot holes at start of the drive * Wire in garden beds and star pickets against fence * Outside blinds damaged so will need removing **Willing to pay petrol money on top of quote if travelling from Melbourne CBD
