The deck will need some general repairs, the large slats have too much distance between them and requires additional supports underneath and some may need replacing.

My ducted heating/cooling system needs a service, a full clean, and it may be leaking onto the roof, so that will need to be repaired.

We have repairs or maintenance pop of occasionally for our rental property. Hence, I'd love to get someone reliable who is willing to work when needed.
