Installing a new kitchen, need to get plumbing done for the sink and dishwasher

The kitchen sink is blocked, checked the U pipe and it was okay, so should be blocked down in the drainage pipe. Would require some tools like plumbing snake or high pressure jet to unblock it I guess.

Hello, for preparation of a new benchtop installation, I need someone to remove the sink. Also cut the bottom 4mm of tiles across the kitchen wall.The length of the kitchen wall is 185cm on one side, and the other side 330cm. Just need 4mm of the tile to be removed across the two sides. Thanks
