We need to do a gyprock wall 2.73 m high and 5.46 m wide. there will be a 0.6m high and 4.8 m wide fixed Acrylic window. The Acrylics already in place. Only need to fix it into the wall. We also need to make a 2.4 m high and 1 m wide opening in another gyprock wall in the same room. You need to provide all materials except the acrylic board. Build Stud wall, Gyprock and paint in retail space. The wall is 2900mm high X 8000mm w x 100mm. It will connect to an existing wall on one end and seamlessly connect with a bulkhead overhang. We will also want some decorative cornices installed in the space. One of the wetstop gyprock panels in outside ceiling overhang came down in the heavy weather two weeks ago. Task is to replace that one panel and cleanup plaster work from general wear and tear. Plaster work wasn’t painted from previous repair 2 years ago, but did degrade in weather over time, so is there another material to protect better? Render maybe? Board was secure on one side (with the wood) but other side was where it came down. So this time need extra wood to hold, and more screws into metal supports.
