I need gyprock set and finish a laundry that has had new walls installed.

Hi, I need an experienced plasterer/Gyprocker or handyman to repair 4 small areas of cosmetic damage on my ceiling. The damage at all 4 sites occurred mechanically while replacing light bulbs (plasterboard blew out/cracked slightly around the fixtures). There are NO water leaks; these are purely mechanical plaster repairs. What needs to be done: Repair all 4 damaged ceiling sites Flush and trowel the patches so they are completely smooth and perfectly level with the rest of the ceiling. Flexible with days and times. Thanks! Sand all 4 spots back ready for paint. Apply a stain-blocking primer/sealer to the patched areas and paint them to blend in seamlessly with the existing ceiling (please bring standard ceiling white paint and sealer, or let me know if I need to supply it).

Need a gyprocker for fire rated works at a house in Mount Annan. Scope is only from ceiling height upwards inside the roof space. No gyprock works required below ceiling level. I’ve already completed all framing and prep works and opened up approx. 700mm clearance either side of the wall for access. Need someone physically capable of getting up into the roof space between the trusses and installing 16mm fire rated gyprock to both sides of the wall above the ceiling line. Works include: * Approx. 12m wall plus 3m return * Install 16mm fire rated gyprock from ceiling line up only * Sheet both sides of wall above ceiling line * Height in roof space is approx. 1.4m in most areas, tapering down at the ends * A lot of cutting around roof trusses and tight spaces * Sheets will need to be cut down to fit between trusses * Ceiling is already open and ready to go * No setting, sanding or finishing required * Doesn’t need to look perfect as it’s all above ceiling line * Just needs to be installed properly and completed Labour only job. Hi this is to finish off sheeting of aquachek, plaster, apply primer and paint. Area of room is 7m x 5m. 3 sides only and wall only. Ceiling not required because it’s open ceiling. Aquachek sheets, plaster, primer and paint are already bought from Bunnings. You will need to provide basics like screws, sanding etc.

I’m looking for an experienced plasterer / handyman to properly repair a few areas in my home: Scope of work: - 1 damaged wall section near a window - Previous patch has failed and area had some movement (could be pushed in slightly) - Needs proper fix (not just filler): - Cut back if required - Secure backing / re-fix sheet - Install new gyprock if needed - Tape + set + sand smooth - 1 ceiling crack - Needs to be opened up, taped and properly set - 1 smaller wall crack - Same treatment (not just surface filler) Please note that we do not have a picture of the crack in the ceiling, however, in the picture of the kitchen, the crack extends along horizontally across from the edge of the left side of the kitchen about 70% across. This crack and the more minor one are both very thin. Please include materials in quote. Thank you!
