My ducted heating/cooling system needs a service, a full clean, and it may be leaking onto the roof, so that will need to be repaired.

We have repairs or maintenance pop of occasionally for our rental property. Hence, I'd love to get someone reliable who is willing to work when needed. Some of the current issues we need sorted out: 1: Fixing handle on oven (it's loose and I think glass may need to be removed to repair - see pic attached) 2: The chain has come off a roller blind and needs to be repaired (pic to come) - Due date: Flexible
