Small dent on my garage door. Needing someone to fix it

Looking for a licenced builder or a chippy for a small job. Want to install a new wall featuring a window at the front of the granny flat. The new wall will replace the old garage door. The outside of the wall will need to have colourbond with possible capping included. The Window will be supplied. The height is 2100 and width is 2700 of the garage door opening.

2 garage doors require 2 new control units. Door 1: is a single sectional door, Height 214cm, Width 225cm. Door 2 : is a Double sectional door Height 214cm, Width 486cm. Existing track has chain running through aluminium channel. Old units and/or chain track can be removed by owner prior to new ones being installed. Would assume that with new motor units installed there may be adjustments of spring tention required. (Only large door has springs). May replace old springs depending on cost. Please quote on replacement for consideration. Looking for good quality drive motor units that are built for 6 or more open/closes per day. Require all remotes supplied to open/ close both doors from each individual fob as both doors are part of triple garage.

I’ve recently had a panel lift/sectional garage door retrofitted to my garage in Carindale. Because the garage wasn’t originally set up for this type of door, there weren’t suitable fixing points in the ceiling where the installer needed to attach the overhead tracks/brackets. The garage door company is coming back to rectify the installation, but before they return I’d like suitable structural fixing points installed above the ceiling. There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns. Old 1980s one-piece tilt garage door with strong extension springs/jamb fittings. I’m removing the door myself for renovations. Installed a new garage/gate motor, but it appears the installation was not completed properly and the system is not operating correctly. Looking for an experienced professional who can inspect, troubleshoot, and properly install/setup the motor so everything works smoothly. This is for a full steel shed with a new steel gate/motor system. Height is approximately 4 metres, so experience working at height is required. The bottom edge/panel of the garage door has been pushed in and also dented. The motor/remote works fine. The door still opens and closes smoothly and it's a single garage door as in photo. It just need to get pushed out/bented back. Thank you
