Garage dooe makes noise and is slow in openin and closing and sometimes it opens by itself

One bottom corner of the rolling shutter garage door has detached from the track and needs to be reinstalled

Installed a new garage/gate motor, but it appears the installation was not completed properly and the system is not operating correctly. Looking for an experienced professional who can inspect, troubleshoot, and properly install/setup the motor so everything works smoothly. This is for a full steel shed with a new steel gate/motor system. Height is approximately 4 metres, so experience working at height is required. The bottom edge/panel of the garage door has been pushed in and also dented. The motor/remote works fine. The door still opens and closes smoothly and it's a single garage door as in photo. It just need to get pushed out/bented back. Thank you

I’m seeking repairs on an old garage door. The door currently does not lock.
