Urgently needing help to install a garage door motor today whilst awaiting police assistance to keep my children safe. Garage door motor purchased already. It’s a Chamberlain SectionalLift Plus Sectional Garage Door Opener from Bunnings for a double door. I’m seeking repairs on an old garage door. The door currently does not lock. There are two options - install an electric door opener (I have the machine and parts available minute) or raise the door by 5-10cm and fix the wire and “click-lock”. These parts I do not have.
