My garage door is been playing up and now the motor it has a flushing red light. My remote control to open it has stopped working as well. I can still open it if I manually press the -/+ on the motor but that’s about it.

I would like to get my garage door full serviced and also in middle of the opening, the door is hammering which requires manual lift to open further up

When closing, the garage door reaches the fully closed position, but then immediately reverses and opens again automatically. Before this operation, I manually closed the door.

Needing a new motor installed (I’ll supply) on a new shed

Install a rubber sealing strip on the floor to weatherproof my garage door. I have the rubber strip and the adhesive. The strip needs to be cut to size and glued to the floor carefully. The surface is a little uneven. The surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned first.

Single Garge Door. Cables came off pulley wheels when ladder caused obstruction. Setting nuts released to untangle cables and allow door to shut. Cable on one side has some kinks. So need cables replacing and tension coil reset.

One of the roller brackets has come off the track due to me accidentally backing into it. Cannot open it up now. I am not too worried about the garage door dent aesthetics for now, I will have it fixed when I have the budget but for now I would just like to have the garage door working as it should. My partner bumped the ute slightly into the garage door. There is a ding in the door and some rivets popped out holding the bottom rail. I need the ding removed (as much as that is possible), the bottom rail fixed and a bit of a polish to make it all pretty again.

Garage door motor purchased already. It’s a Chamberlain SectionalLift Plus Sectional Garage Door Opener from Bunnings for a double door. There is an existing old motor which I think I can remove myself if easier for someone to come in and install new one quickly.

Securalift door not opening or closing but power is working. Red & green lights flashing. I can open the door manually still .
