Garage Roller door damage. It has jumped off the running track on one bottom corner.

I need somebody to install Garage door opener for 2 single garage doors. They are not rollers. They are panels that slide up with the ceiling. There is an electricity point already and available. Just want to supply the machine and install. Machine to have remotes. No switch needed.

Garage door bracket is broken - I had someone who was trying to convert it to an electric one but in the end he couldn’t do it so he just hooked it onto the girder (see image) and left as is. I need it putting back onto a bracket and ensuring it rolls correctly, and either adding a chain to operate or potentially an electric motor

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Needing someone to fix it and then show me how to fix this as it keeps happening.
