Must be done ASAP (Thursday 3 September) 5 minute job Garage door motor not working and technician is coming tomorrow to fix it. I just want to close the garage door overnight. It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.
Top bloke, friendly and polite. Didn't talk down to me about doing a simple job. Even went the extra mile to identify what had caused the problem after he fixed it.

TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.
Joe knew right away what to do for a fix. Helped me setup the app so I can troubleshoot for the future as well. Highly recommended professional.
