Add a horizontal stud/purlin to mount tv on gyprock wall. Cut out gyprock, install stud/purlin, put gyprock back & seal. Paint over would be even better.. This is to wall mount a 75″ 4K QLED CanvasTV Series S7QAU Model No. 75S7QAU(40kg) - which is like a picture frame and needs flush mounting. (http://hisense.com.au/product/75S7QAU/75%E2%80%B3-4k-qled-canvastv-series-s7qau) The brackets to be mounted which comes with TV and keeps it flush to the wall - but when we try to centre the TV in the wall, the brackets placement would not be backed by stud - therefore unsafe - to hold the load. The vertical studs are 600mm apart. Please review pictures for clarity. Added images of fixing requirements and dimensions of brackets. MUST BE A LICENSED CARPENTER, and offer warranty.
