Based on my understanding, a couple of screws from the top side of the door may be missing, and it seems that the door has dropped slightly, possibly due to the supporting plate or bottom adjustment. Other than that, I believe all parts are still working well. It’s probably just a matter of taking the door off, readjusting all the screws and adding proper support so the screws are fixed safely and securely.

Require a fire door to be installed in apartment building ASAP will need to bring new fire door as well.

Melamine cupbourd doors have come off hinges and need to be repared (I have the templates to fix each hinge) Door handles need to be reset and tightened.
