I’m looking for an experienced handyman or window/door specialist to attend a residential property and carry out the following repairs: Scope of works • Balcony glass sliding door lock is stiff and hard to open. Also requires new rollers for door. • Balcony flyscreen is stiff and difficult to slide • Laundry window chain winder is rusted and will not close fully • Ground floor window flyscreen has a hole and needs re-meshing • Ground floor windows will not stay open, slide down on their own, and do not lock into position • Swap a non-lockable window handle on the ground floor with a lockable handle from the upstairs kids’ bedroom • Replace rollers to first-floor small balcony glass sliding door • Unlock a privacy lock to the upstairs bathroom (currently difficult to unlock from outside) Requirements • Experience with aluminium windows, sliding doors, locks, rollers, and flyscreens • Ability to assess on site and advise if parts need replacing • Own tools required • Price includes you supplying parts

We have door lock system (www.zanda.com.au) installed (photos attached), but the door has moved and require maintenance. https://zanda.com.au/product/floor-springs/ We are looking for someone to take off the door we just and install it again to ensure it’s fixed properly. Based on my understanding, a couple of screws from the top side of the door may be missing, and it seems that the door has dropped slightly, possibly due to the supporting plate or bottom adjustment. Other than that, I believe all parts are still working well. It’s probably just a matter of taking the door off, readjusting all the screws and adding proper support so the screws are fixed safely and securely.

Require a fire door to be installed in apartment building ASAP will need to bring new fire door as well.

Melamine cupbourd doors have come off hinges and need to be repared (I have the templates to fix each hinge) Door handles need to be reset and tightened.

The timber door facing the sun needs re-polishing, as the finish has started to fade. It’s also coming off the hinge and needs realignment. Please note, it’s a very heavy door. I’m not sure if it needs to be taken off completely or if the issue can be fixed without too much hassle
