Garage roller door won't open! Key will not turn the inside mechanism to unlock door from the outside. The door was permanently unlocked as the key had been missing. Once the key was found, it worked perfectly and locked the door, however either the mechanism at the back or the lock is jammed and the key will not twist and the door will no longer open. Budget depends on whether this discontinued lock can be replaced with a generic one.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

Internal door to my garage needs replaced it had a dead lock and catch 3. Internal bedroom door needs replaced no lock required just door handle lever.
