1. Restore the black on my aluminium window frames & screens. Repair if necessary security screens and any parts on windows to ensure smooth operation. Picture a few years old. 2. Also pressure wash and treat front patio to restore appearance of paving along front and possibly side of house. 3. Looking for someone to fit a colourbond gate to the left of property and remove old railings. Possibly spray existing front of house to monument to match new gate.

To fix an aluminium door, it has come loose from the base

Hi, my sliding screen door has come off the track and isn’t sliding properly. It likely just needs to be re-aligned, cleaned, or have the rollers adjusted or replaced. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Should be a quick fix for someone with the right tools. Experienced chippie/handyman to fix/replace Kitchen cabinet door (2 doors) Blum hinges that are rusty and bit of patching/sealing. One plaster hole, one very small gap in sink which needs clear silicone and small mouldy section on sink needs clean/white regrout.

We have had our laundry converted to a bathroom and the floor is now sitting a little higher than it was when it was a laundry. That means we need the door shaved/paned down a bit so it suits the new floor level. Simple job!

Hanging of 3 no. new doors in existing timber frames - 1 no. flush panel solid core door and 2 no. timber doors with vision panels (1-lite French door), noting all existing doors have been removed, and existing door frames have only 2 no. hinges, and would need 3rd hinge to be installed on all frames.

The windows are leaking when it rains heavily, need someone to diagnose and fix the leak. We are very reasonable and will pay accordingly to what is the actual fix for the windows. 4 single shelves to stick in the wall , need to drill screws on the wall . And one door self closing to install , there is an old one to take it out first then install a new one !
