Hi, I’d like a quote to supply and install a custom lockable side access door to enclose the gap between my house and the garage, as shown in the attached photo. I’d like it to be weather-resistant and want it painted thanks.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

Internal door to my garage needs replaced it had a dead lock and catch 3. Internal bedroom door needs replaced no lock required just door handle lever.
