2 Internal timber doors have dropped and are scratching floorboards. Front door handle replacement

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.
