I need help making a dog door. Basically cut a square in the security door and using aluminium steel or what ever you suggest make a door with hinges and lock I guess.

I require an external door to be installed, along with a dog door into said new door. The door will need to be cut to size as the door frame is slightly shorter and more narrow than a standard door frame 1900x805x35 The current hinges, door handle and door seal can be reused, and I will paint the door after installation. I do not yet have the door but intended to buy from Bunnings - I require this to be purchased and picked up, and I would reimburse the cost of the door. I have a dog door that needs to be installed. It is a DIY task but for me it's a 2 person job and i also don't have all tools needed. A tv needs to be mounted on wall. And other tiny things. I have a dog door that needs inserting in the sliding glass door. There is an insert for the door that needs to be cut to size to fit in the sliding glass rails and then the dog door attached to the insert and then the sliding glass door frame. Need tool to cut the aluminium insert to fit and drill to attached components. Can provide videos from dog door company with install instructions.
