1)I have 4 window set Brackets to be installed.No existing curtains up/ brackets. I have 4 x retractable rods. 2)I also have a squeaky back door screen, its only or not a year old? 3) I have 4 down lights that I need to have replaced, I will see what they are, see if they are hard wired ( or can you do this)?

Curtains rod and come off the drywall and help to reattach to dry wall as the hole of screw that holds the rod has expanded and therefore the rod is falling.
