Need to fill cracks on cornice and ceiling, and sanding for paint preparation

We just had a 1x damaged cornice ceiling replaced. Now we require a painter to paint it. We need painting to all 4 pieces so they match the same colour. Each piece measure 4.1m roughly. Need to supply paint. Colour of paint we want is: ceiling white. need to paint the ceiling too as there is some compound marks on the edges of the ceiling where the plasterer replaced it. Small area.

Job for replacing an external plaster ceiling cornice piece. The piece measure roughly 4.1 meters across. Would like the whole piece replaced so it’s less noticeable instead of patching the broken off part. Plaster ceiling cornice piece can be sourced from Bunnings , they have the same one we need.

Looking for construction laborer to remove of old kitchen, shower, bathtub, toilets, laundry, carpet, GIB board from walls and ceilings, architraves and skirting and to put them in the skip Bin located at the front of the garage. Power and water have been isolated for safety purposes. 4 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Looking for someone who is experience in doing this in a clean and Safeway.
