I have existing downlights in my apartment and would like to install an additional ceiling light point for a chandelier (only 13kg) above the coffee table. I also need the chandelier and existing downlights to be controlled independently with separate wall switches. The chandelier will be supplied by me. Looking for a licensed electrician to complete the wiring, new light point, separate switching and chandelier installation. I have the globes already, I just don't have a ladder tall enough. Supply your own ladder (double sided or A frame 10-12 foot should do it) or suitable work platform, swap out approx 45 globes (2 pin G4) that's it, it's less than 15 mins of work.
