REPOST - Add expired I’m after someone to install a medium/ lightweight chandelier in a ground floor apartment. There’s no existing fitting where I want it to be mounted. There’s a sprinkler next to where it will be installed as well as two down lights. Appears to be just a Gyprock ceiling. Area is not accessible from the manhole.
