I’m looking for an electrician to fit the chandelier above the staircase. Photos attached. The light point is on top of the 2nd set of stairs and may need scaffolding for access.

Install a 90 x30cm chandelier on top of the dining area The chandelier comes in one piece Connect to existing lighting circuit The chandelier has 4xE14 globes max up to 40 watts

The base is installed, we need the crystal to be installed

1) Install Powerpoint Install PowerPoint on the gyprock wall. On the other side of the wall, there is a PowerPoint of another room which can be extended. Please provide switches. 2) Chandelier Hanging Need to hang the chandelier above the staircase, the builder has already provided a batton point at that location. See access, can be done via a ladder. 3) Install Fairy Lights Need to install fairy lights above the outdoor deck via the catenary wire. The electrician needs to provide other items if needed I have already purchased the following items from Bunnings: 1) 5 strings of fairy lights as showing pictures. 2) Wooden posts and nails to attach to the fence 3) Catenary wires 4) Fixed end of the catenary wire will be attached to the roof and other to the fence.
