Please refer to attached pics of my deck. The deck dimensions are 6800 (L) x 3800 (W). The deck needs to be prepared for ceramic tiling onto blueboard so that under deck storage is dry. This is what is required for this job: (1) punch down all lifted deck nails (refer pic). (2) lay Blueboard only on deck surface using silicon adhesive and blueboard sheet tacs, NOTE: The blueboard needs to be raised at house brick wall and laid with a small tilt towards wire balustrade to ensure water runoff (refer pic). You will need to supply blueboard. I will supply silicon adhesive and deck nails.

We need a total of 44.5m2 of James Hardie AXON cladding added to under our house. This includes enclosing underneath a deck area (See photos). I have attached detailed drawings showing dimensions etc. To complete our job you will need to supply: - Your own tools (Including saw with blade for cutting cement sheets) - All fixings (Screws or nails) - James Hardie approved sealant for between sheets (I have one tube here) - James Hardie Aluminum external and internal corners to join sheets at corners - Pine framing material to support behind cladding (These can be fixed to existing steel posts and you may need additional supports every 400mm in between) Some can be normal framing pine, under deck needs to be Treated pine. I will supply: - Unlimited coffee's from our coffee machine - All cladding sheets (See photo - they are 1200x3000 sheets) - A six pack of your choice when you finish the job

I already have cement sheet BGC Duragroove panels (1200mm wide) to clad my garden shed which is 3.6m x 2.8m. I want a price to do just 2 walls or the whole 4 walls. The 2 walls has no windows or doors. The 4 walls has 2 windows and 1 door. - Due date: Before Sunday, 24 December 2023

Under eaves cement sheeting has fallen down. it's actually part chipped on too edges. it has fallen down as not enough nails were put in place to secure it well. the photo is a few months old. now it has totally fallen down and needs replacing. Seeking to get it done asap and don't have time to do it myself. The urgency is because a bloody possum is getting into my roof. Additionally, beyond this job request, I'm seeking to replace some parts of the fascia around the house which can be discussed in person. Cement sheeting is damaged.. Will need to be replaced. Cement sheeting is approximately 2600mm x 700mm - Due date: Flexible

Cement sheets installed on to metel frame - Due date: Before Friday, 12 May 2023

I need a cement sheet put up to enclose some studs to prevent them from being climbable. This is for a wooden wall next to a spa fence and is required to get a compliance certificate. - Due date: Flexible

Need help to install cement sheets to fence approx 2 days work,nothing strenous could do myself but lifting into place a problem for 1 person ,using 2.4 x 1.2 sheets ,payment on day $50 per hour - Due date: Flexible

Needing to replace the damaged garage wall, would likely require take down of the manual unpowered roller door, replacing the timber frame and getting new cement sheets/ plywood sheets back on. Then putting up the roller door.. the roof of the shed appears to be held up by the side walls and not the wall that is being replaced. As the wall is already rotten and not holding any weight.

replace the sheet/ panel of the external wall. It just got destroyed by the storm last night. urgent job because it exposed the timber frame. One sheet collapsed and fell, left a hole on the wall. But the wind pulled the nails off other panels too. We just taped them in the mean time. Hi All, I have all the cement sheet and plastic joiners, I have have a plaster sheet lifter standing ready to go. but I have done my rotator calf and cannot do the job my shoulder is too painful. I need someone to attach all the sheets to the area and also clean up the edge on the one I done already plus also there are 6 pieces of timber that need to be attached as well see the photos and a hole cut-out for the flue from the gas system.
