We recently had a split system air conditioner removed, which has left a hole through both the internal and external faces of a double brick wall. Looking for an engineer to certify an existing block wall. Block wall was only partially filled and the top courses were moving. They have since been removed and council is asking for a certificate. I have photos and details of the wall.
