Iam looking to fix blinds

My apartment has a street frontage with 3 windows each measuring 2500cm High x 1400cm Wide. The RH window opens to a small balcony and is our only source of fresh air. Each window has two blinds: a main blockout blind + a sunshade blind. So 6 blinds in total. I need help repairing the roller cords and reinstalling the sunshades. The blinds are fine, but the fittings are not. Also keen to investigate if installing a mechanised roller is possible.

One of our blinds doesn’t grip well as you roll it down. When you roll it down past the half way mark it begins to tumble down to the ground. So for example you can’t have it rolled 3/4 of the way down as it’ll just tumble all the way down. Hoping there’s someone that knows how to repair this rather than go for a replacement? The blind has come off the rail. The chain needs to be replaced and the blind refitted into the rail.

Roller blind is attached to the roof on plaster , between plaster and roller blind a wooden panel installed that’s now falling off roof need it fixed back on roof

I plan to remove the old curtain tracks, fill the drill holes, the install roller blinds. After removing a track by myself, I found there are metal plates embedded in the ceiling which seem to be part of the curtain tracks installation (photo attached). So I need an expert to safely remove them, then install new roller blinds - 6 blinds in total.

The metal ball chain has come off its track, and when placed back on it does not lock or grip properly - the chain slips and can fall off unless pulled under high tension. This indicates a worn clutch / cord lock mechanism (not the chain itself). The blind does hold once positioned, but will not raise or lower normally.
