Arrived to my home on wrong day & time and I wasn’t home and insisted to do the job at that time, so I had to liase with the person who was at my home watching my kids over the phone. The job had a particular aspect to it which was advertised in the ad in writing and pictures but was not questioned before assigning so it ended up being an issue & the job ended up only being half done. What he did complete was great but not a perfect experience.
