Remove old door frame a)remove quad trims b)cut fixings (w/ a recip. saw) c) remove door frame as a whole 2.Install new door frame a)fit the new door frame in place b)pack with window packers making sure everything is level and plumb c)fix it using bugle batten screws and making sure they are place accordingly so the doorstop covers it later 3.Hang new Door a)Make housing for 4 butt hinges on both frame and door. Hinges are black so you need to work neat so they're not scratched when you finish b) Hang the door using supplied hinges c)Install latch/lock (unsure if is a mortise lock but I don't believe it is, will probably need a set of hole saws) d)Pin nail the door stops e)pin nail new quad trims Lock will need to be working properly when finished and door can't be loose or tight. Have heard of locks that are accessible by workmen, would be interested in that if available. It would appear that the bottom sliding mechanism (roller?) is broken. The door jags and is difficult to open and close. - Due date: Flexible
