Scope of Work: • Hammer drill and fix approx. 10 concrete anchor points • Supply and install 5 x 3m lengths of 50x50mm equal angle aluminium (total length: 15 metres) • Install flush and secure to form a barrier along the slab edge, use sealant at concrete joint • The barrier is intended to divert or prevent water ingress into a low-lying area You will need to: • Have your own tools (including hammer drill and anchors) • Supply the 50x50 x3mm thick EA aluminium or advise of better material options (eg concrete up stand) • Be experienced in working with concrete fixings and external aluminium installation Job located in Arana hills Flexible with timing, but sooner is preferred.

Large timber gate 2mx2m on metal frame blew off in recent weather. It’s too heavy for me to move and hold in place by myself. Needs to be reattached. Would suggest by two people. Will require 6 x 100mm batten screws.

The gate is assembled, need to install gate, rail and motor

Remove existing exterior door and replace door frame to suit new external door and screen door.

Install 2 roller blinds - 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 venetian blind in the lounge room.

Need to patch some light fitting holes and ceiling ones. Photos attached. It’s 4 of the ceiling holes and 5 light fittings. Need someone to leave ready for painting.

Our current tenant has put a hole in the wall that is roughly 200mm x 200mm that needs to be repaired please ready for re-painting. Hole is easy to access, at about the average persons chest height. See photo of damaged wall attached. We will move out couch before job begins. TIA

Screen door repair, door frame damaged.

Install a frameless piece of glass for a shower. 2100 x 1100 Install using supplied glass and I will supply either glazing channel or clips - your choice. Shower is already waterproofed. Tiling to commence Wednesday Thursday this week.

Need the stairs squeak to be worked before flooring install Wednesday, might need some support brackets and that’s it

Need to install a wall mounted hose real on outside of house. It is brick and also metal on other side. Have tried multiple times and just don’t have the right equipment for it
