Looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter or fencing contractor to repair a side access gate at my home in Collaroy Plateau. The gate has been damaged and the timber has split around the hinge fixings. The gate frame may need repair/reinforcement, replacement timber sections, and hinges re-fixed. I’d like the repair assessed on-site and completed properly so it doesn’t happen again. Requirements: * Experience repairing timber gates and fences * Own tools * Able to assess whether repair or partial replacement is the best option * Supply any required fixings/hardware (I’ll reimburse materials) Photos attached.

removing exposed aggregate from my flooring around 3 to 4cm and make it ready for timber flooring. the area is around 10-12sqm. and also demolish the bathroom. remove all the wall tiles, toilet mirror, bathtub etc take rubbish to skip bin in the driveway no stirs in between.

The post of our gate latch has come out of the ground. In the photos it’s the square metal pole on the left. In that pic is still in the ground but it’s now loose and has come out completely. It needs to be replaced or repaired. In the photos i(whatever works)

Corroded gate needs fixing

5 exterior doors re-keyed to new key. Then two exterior gates to a separate new key.

Hinges on wooden side gate rusted and broken. Parts need to beourced and attached. Parts not included in price of installation.

The latch on our gate has come loose and a new one needs to be spruced and installed on the metal post of our gate. We’d also like a slide bolt installed as well so it can be locked from the inside. Want someone to please source and install both as soon as possible please
