Putting a fence and gate on the front yard

Colour bond gate has sagged and broken gate lock. This maybe due to gate post slightly moving.

Hi, my gate motor isn’t working. I’m trying to open the gate using the remote, but nothing happens — there’s no sound or movement. I suspect the motor is stuck. Interestingly, the remote works fine on the other gate, so the issue seems isolated to this unit

I need a spring attachment onto a steel gate

Reattach fence and post, along with gate at street. Also need gate which has fallen off rusted hinges fixed.

The mounting plate where the automatic gate motor articulates has become detached from the post it was initially spot welded to. I'm looking for someone experienced in metal work and welding to prepare the mounting surface on the post to enable the reattachment the mounting plate and weld the plate back in place.

Needs to replace the timber back door with color bond or timber.

Commercial steel sliding door repair. 1 out of 2 overhead wheels (the right hand side) has gone off track, with the wheel broken and require removal and replacement with a floor track system. However, the other overhead wheel (the left hand side) is still doing its job and holding up half the weight of the door. What I would do would be to jack up the right hand side such that the door is level and not touching the ground, and then installing a floor-mounted wheel-and-rail system on the right hand side. Feel free to come up with alternative proposals as well, I just need this door to slide, and to do so relatively easily. See images for annotations. Price is for tasker to supply and install.

Cut down galv gate to 1200 and weld pipe at bottom of gate

The gate had the automation arm welded, so it would open. The welding on one of the gates is ripped and need to help fix it.
