Replace rotten side gate. Must set 50mm x 50mm galvanised post in to concrete for the door to hinge off (see red illustration in the photo)- SEE UPDATE 26TH MARCH! May leave the existing galvanised metalwork in place as a support. Door must open wide enough to bring the wheelie bins past each week (mandatory). Must have an opening and closing handle that is accessible from both sides of the gate. May be finished similar to the other side as shown (kit purchased from bunnings) Must be finished with two coats of paint (that I can supply) Update 26th March. The existing round metal is pretty sound. You could put the hinge on the post highlighted in GREEN (see photo). Therefore save having to install a new galvanised post! Please read the details below: The pool gate does not self close and jammed to the ground. The hinges are working fine. But the post/fence needs to be repositioned. Would probably need to re-dig the holes, put concrete to secure the posts.

Strong wind damaged 4 x screws of the gate, 2 of them were cut to prevent further damage. The gate itself was not damaged, just need to put it back in place with 4 new suitable screws. You can reuse the existing holes or drill new ones. - Due date: Flexible
