Looking for an experienced fencing contractor to install a pedestrian gate and side panel. Scope of Work * Dig and concrete in 3 posts (approximately 600mm deep) which are relatively close together * 2 x posts for the side panel
 * 1 x gate posts
 * Existing concrete may need to be cut/removed to allow gate post installation, so you will need the appropriate concrete cutting equipment. 
 * Install and concrete all posts.
 * Fit and align the gate.
 * Weld gate hinges to the steel gate post.
 * Install and secure the side panel.
 Materials Supplied I will provide: * Gate (1190mm wide x 2000mm high)
 * Side panel (600mm wide x 1900mm high - extra 600mm into ground )
 * Gate post - 2.5m with 690mm in ground

 You will provide: * Concrete

Require a gate hung and a small piece of fence built. - Gate is 1480 wide - Area is 2480 wide - Require approx 1m of fence built - Post is need in the dirt next to the concrete to hang gate off of. Another post is needed on top of the concrete for gate to latch into Will provide all materials + the gate Pics attached of the gate and the area. The green line is where the post will go. One of the hinges of my gate have snapped. Looking to have this repaired. May require a welder.

Install Either a large gate or two gates that open up in the main fence panel here. With a way to lock this with a latch or bolt. Using existing fence panel or adding a simple gate in. Very basic space so not looking to spend too much. But would like to be able to open up the width of the panel occasionally for access.

Lock on gate currently does not latch unless entire gate is lifted, making it difficult for those not familiar with the gate to properly close and lock. Open to a more robust locking method to ensure this sinking doesn’t continue

Gate door heavy has come off the hinges. Old hinges were rusted. Need a new set of hinges welded/ fixed on to the gate and rhr gate attached back to the main frame

Install new lock on the gate. We can lock it from outside with a key and inside should be only open/close knob(like security lock). Photos attached for your reference. Also I attached a sample lock that we are looking for. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Unfortunately, the measurements don’t line up with the baby gate extension we have, so a trip to Bunnings will be required to purchase some timber to make it fit securely. Of course, we will cover the cost of any materials purchased. We don’t have the exact measurements available, so we’re hoping for someone experienced who can assess the area, purchase the necessary timber, and complete the installation. We recently had a baby gate installed but It’s coming out of the wall as there’s no support it’s just in plaster , I need it rescrewed into the wall studs and the holes from where it is now patched up.

We need the old wooden fence removed and disposed of as it’s not functional. Following that, we would like a new fence with gated access installed and aligned to the front of the house. Fence should be tall enough to prevent family dog from jumping over. We don’t have a preference on material (wood, colourbond) just looking for the cheapest option.

Requires affixing a new hinge to the bottom of a gate and to the wooden beam. I will pay for the parts separately. Old hinge has snapped.
