Existing unit (kocom) has stopped working. The unit on the gate is corroded apparently. But I can’t replace gate unit because apparently they have upgraded the range so I need a new system. Monitor, camera at the gate and opening mechanism ( I assume the current lock is still ok) would prefer option that allows it to connect to smart phone - Due date: Flexible

Hi. I have 2 door jobs. Ideally one person can do both jobs. If not, I can make them separate tasks. 1. Side gate lock is not fitted properly. It sometimes works, but needs to be redone and more secure. Will not open after code unlocks. Can be opened easily from the other side. I don’t think I need to buy a new lock. 2. Bifold doors are not sliding in and out very easily- probably because this one piece (in the photo) is no longer attached. Hello, I need to install a safety gate at the top of some stairs but there is a skirting board on one side and a plaster stairwell on other side.

Replace the hinges on the pool gate. I will supply the hinges. Lift the pool gate 100mm so it is level with the fence. Remove and re-install the latch lock so it is 150mm higher. This is needed to make the pool safer for children.

Need to replace gate, post and lock. Gate is 900Hx800W. Total distance from wall to outside of existing post is 910mm. Looking at 2 options. 1. Like for like replacement. 2. Increase height of gate and post to match height of wall at approx 1600mm. Higher gate to be thicker white aluminium slats (vertical preferred but can do horizontal)

Hi, I'm moving to a new place in North Avoca and need to get a fence between the house and garage to prevent my dog escaping. Need it done soon, preferably in the week if possible. Simple timber is fine, not a large budget. Please advise?
