We need to install a side gate in our house. 1. It needs to be automated/remote controlled 2. The width is 3.2 meters 3. The gate must swing against the RHS of the photo against the brick 4. We prefer the gate to be made of Colourbond, red to match the bricks would be preferrable, although happy to consider other colours Please see the photos for more details

Our gates seem to be broken, in need of urgent repair. They do not close with our garage remotes. Our gardener has also clipped a cable today which has cut operation to close the gates via our internal video intercoms.

I’ve got an automated Colorbond sliding gate that needs cutting down 300mm and re-welding. This is a fabrication job, not a handyman job. Only quote if you can weld steel properly and leave it square and true. The gate has to run back on its track and work with the motor once you’re done, so it has to go back together dead straight. What’s involved: Cut the steel frame down 300mm, keeping the cut square across both sides. Cut the Colorbond infill sheet to match. Re-weld the frame rail back on so the gate is the correct height and still square. Grind welds back clean. Prime and touch up all cut and welded edges Re-hang the gate on the track and check it runs true through its full travel. You’ll need your own welder, grinder, and gear. Job is in Frankston. Please tell me in your quote what welding experience you’ve got and whether you’ve worked on automated gates before.

I need fencing and gate quote

I need a new gate at the foot of 5 steps that lead from the carport to the entrance to the house because I have a bolter of a dog . One on the left shows what I’m using now - two dog cage panels. On the right is a safety fence panel turned on its side which is about the right size I think . Certainly no pool lock needed just a latch but if it’s not suitable (too heavy maybe ) I’ll need a new gate in that style.

Electric gate jammed. Need fixing asap

Remove old clear corrugated sheets from garage roof and purchase and replace them with hailstone proof ones

Right hand gate post is leaning left. It has been fixed once before by using another post concreted on next to it. We have adjusted the spindle as far as it will go to lift the gate but there is no more adjustment. Need it reset again.

Something flapping in the roof need someone to investigate

Removing rusty screws /hinges from a gate post. Probably needs angle grinding.

Roof is leaking and in one part of the roof is corrugated iron sheets and rusted. It is a flat area. About 7-8 sheets to be replaced

The hinges on the front tailgate of my trailer have rusted through and broken off. I need them replaced with the same type and welded onto the trailer.

Current gate is moved away from brackets and needs repairs and realignment

Metal plate connecting the fence post to the gate has rusted off. All 3 other points are ok - needing a new plate attached from fence post to gate somehow, see photos.

My side gate had come off its hinges and needs to be reattached in a more sturdy way. I am the owner of the house which is currently tenanted. The gate faces the road so no need for the tenants to be home - so you can work on it at a time that suits you.
