Our side gate is sagging and needs to be fixed.

Our side gate to the garden has seen better days. The wooden post attached to the brickwork has started to rot, and the gate itself is starting to pull out from it. Post is about 100mm x 75 mm x 1.6m that has a thinner piece of wood attached, that the gates screwed through to the sleeper. Post looks to be secured to the brickwork by 2 long bolts at the top, unsure how secured at the bottom. Hoping to replace the sleeper with some H4 treated pine + the thin bit to keep the gate width and keep the same gate fixtures.

I need 5 curtain cord clasps drilled into a plaster wall at one property then one block away I need one screw drilled into a metal gate to hold a gate latch (old screw snapped off). At same second property I would also like a metal cuff cut off a plastic tube.

My second hand lounge doesn't fit through my front door, so I need assistance lifting it over our side brick wall/gate so I can move it in to the house through the glass door. No cash offers! Payment is strictly through airtasker!

Set a used side gate and a post to the ground

The back (brick) fence which borders reserve is too low to keep in our dog. The fence, and also the gate will need some type of extension installed to make them higher. The wall is 6m 40cm long, and the gateway is 94cm wide. I’m open to suggestions about what materials to use and will provide all materials. Not sure about how long the job will take, so also negotiable on price to pay for your labour - but prefer quotes for firm price rather than hourly.

Need a merbau 90mm screen slats installed (see photos for approx dimensions and location). 3 sections, 2 are slatted, one with just a metal gate frame (ready made). Have included another photo for the look i am after (just approx to give you an idea) Requirements(labour only) 1. Dig hole for 4 posts (currently has paver on top) 2. Concrete the posts in 3. Install slats (will require length trimming) to 2 outer sections of the screen (sections 1 and 3) 4. Install ready made Bunnings gate frame in the middle section (I will add a core ten screen or similar to this later). 5. Bunnings trip to buy all the gear (I will pay you for materials) 6. I have screws (stainless) and merbau ready to go; so you need to 1. collect posts (90 x 90 or 100 x 100 x 2.1m?), treated pine or powder coated square profile metal we can discuss? 2. Get concrete mix 3. Get gate frame plus hinge etc. 7. Quote is for labour only (I will pay for materials upon invoice/receipt)

Bolts securing gate into concrete wall coming out, can’t be tightened. Think it needs to be re-drilled.

Wood has swelled and gate latch needs to be forcibly shut. Looking for repair or replacement of latch so that the gate will shut easily and has the ability to be locked as needed. Any parts needed will be purchased by me.

Back gate issues Gate latch screws are loose, and metal is warped. Screws holding the gate itself are coming off the wall. Front gate same issue, screws are getting loose, and gate is coming off the wall.

A couple of door handles have fallen off and a couple need tightening. The dog was accidentally locked in the bathroom and chewed the bottom of the door jamb. The timber side gate needs replacing with a metal one. A new handrail - current one not long enough - have to go down one stair before you can hold on! I would also like some interior wall cladding with cladding from Bunnings
